Most companies have employee satisfaction surveys which provided detailed analyses of the state of the firm. However, a once-per-year survey is just a snapshot of employee feelings up to the day of the survey – or worse, those who happen to have a bad day, could provide overly critical feedback even they are quite happy with things otherwise.

Things to keep in mind
